Driven, team-leading approach and creative thinking are the words that people often use to describe me. No task is too great to overcome if you are willing to collaborate and make concessions where needed. I am often chosen as a team leader because people appreciate how I can bring structure and balance to a project team, and how I can effectively communicate with clients or stakeholders. However, I am not afraid to take on a working role in a team. I understand the urgency of adhering to agreed-upon deadlines and details, so that the group can remain functionality-driven and not be held up by me.
